Refund policy

At Jentene, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, simply contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Return Shipping

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping costs and make things right as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or product, or simply no longer need it, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Getting started is easy.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, making sure all tags and accessories are included.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If this applies to a product, it will be clearly stated on the product page before you complete your purchase.
